يقدم نظام الدفع عبر الإنترنت بالشراكة مع (Telr Gateway) يشار إليها باسم (خدمات التجارية)

: قد يقوم المعهد بتحديث الشروط أدناه من وقت لآخر وستكون أي تغييرات سارية فور تغييرها، يرجى التأكد من أنك على علم بالشروط الحالية التالية

يُطلب منك عمومًا (أي المستخدم) دفع رسوم القبول المذكورة في صفحة التسجيل قبل حفظ معلومات الطلب الخاصة بك في نظام المعهد. جميع الرسوم المعروضة بالريال السعودي.

يحق للمعهد تغيير الرسوم في أي وقت.

لا يتحمل المعهد مسؤولية الدفع التي ترتبط بمعلومات غير صحيحة من مقدم الطلب، كما أن المعهد لا يحمل المسؤولية إذا تم الرفض أو رفض الدفع من خلال بطاقة الإئتمان أو البطاقة البنكية أو الخدمات المصرفية أو أي طريقة دفع عبر الإنترنت في المستقبل من قبل البنك لأي سبب.

إذا رفض البنك عملية الدفع، فإن المعهد غير ملزم بلفت انتباهك إلى هذه الأمر، يجب عليك التحقق بشكل مستقل مع البنك الذي تتعامل معه للتأكد من خصم المبلغ من حسابك.

تنطبق سياسة الخصوصية هذه على جميع الرسوم والمدفوعات ذات الصلة التي يقدمها المعهد.

المعهد يحترم ويحمي خصوصية المعلومات للأفراد المستفيدون من الخدمات المقدمة. لا يتم الكشف عن معلومات المستخدم عن عمد لأي طرف ثالث دون تلقي إذن المستخدم أولاً، كما هو مذكور في سياسة الخصوصية.

بنود سياسة الخصوصية الممثلة أمامك تصف تعامل المعهد مع المعلومات الشخصية التي يجمعها المعهد من المستخدم، لا يقوم المعهد بعرض أي معلومات للمستفيدين، ولا أي معلومات للبطاقة البنكية تعود للمستخدم باستثناء معلومات طلب القبول.

: المعهد من وقت لآخر يرسل رسائل قصيرة أو غيرها بغرض إخطارك بحالة طلب القبول مع العلم أن المعهد سيستخدم معلومات شخصية محددة عن المستخدم في الاحوال الآتية

• من أجل الامتثال لأي إجراءات قانونية صحيحة مثل أمر التفتيش أو أمر المحكمة أو أي تدقيق قضائي آخر
• إذا تم رصد أي انتهاك من المستخدم لشروط الخدمة أو أي من إرشادات المعهد لخدمات معينة
• لحماية أو الدفاع عن الحقوق أو الممتلكات القانونية للمعهد، أو موقع المعهد، أو مستخدميه
• للتحقيق أو منع أو اتخاذ إجراء بشأن الأنشطة غير القانونية، والاحتيال المشتبه به، والمواقف التي تنطوي على تهديدات محتملة لأمن وسلامة خدمات المعهد

إعلم أنه قد يتم فرض رسوم عليك فيما يتعلق باستخدامك للخدمات. وأنا موافق على دفع مثل هذه الرسوم حسب الاقتضاء للخدمات التي تستخدمها بالاضافة الى ضريبة القيمة المضافة

أنا موافق على أن الرسوم عرضة للتغيير بناءً على التغيير في أي معايير مرتبطة بتقديم الخدمات المقدمة

Terms and Conditions for Online Payment

This online payment system is offered jointly by Telr Gateway (referred to as Merchant Services). SJAHI may update the below terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure that you are aware of the current terms.

All payments are subject to the following conditions:

You (i.e the User) are generally required to pay the admission fee mentioned at the registration page before saving your application information in SJAHI system. All Fees quoted are in Saudi Riyal currency.

SJAHI reserves the right to change the fees at any time.

SJAHI is not accountable for a payment that was not completed due to your incorrect information. SJAHI will not accept liability if payment made through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, any online payment mode in future or any other mode, which may refuse or decline by the Bank for any reason.

If the Bank declines payment, SJAHI is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check independently with your Bank to ensure that payment has been deducted from your account.

Refund Policy

The admission fee is non refund able.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all the fees and related payments offered by SJAHI.

SJAHI respects and protects the privacy of the individuals that shall be accessed the information and the services used by third parties. Personal information about the user is not willfully disclosed to any third party without user permission first.

This Privacy Policy describes SJAHI’s treatment of personal information that SJAHI collects from the User. SJAHI does not collect any unique information, neither any payment card information nor payment card security details of the User except, Admission Application Information. SJAHI, from time to time, shall send SMS or other communication to inform your admission status.

Please be aware, however, that SJAHI will release specific personal information about the User if required to do so in the following circumstances:

• In order to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, or court order, or any other judicial scrutiny.
• If any of User’s actions violate the Terms of Service or any of SJAHI’s guidelines for specific Services.
• To protect or defend SJAHI’s legal rights or property, website, or Users.
• To investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the security, integrity of SJAHI.
